Insurance Coverage: Only the drone being used for this service is insured. Any damage to the drone during the service is the responsibility of the drone owner and operator. The client is not responsible for any damage to the drone.

Liability for Damages: The drone owner and operator will only fly over areas where there is no risk to the client, the operator, other people, or properties.

Risk Agreement: If, during the service, the client requests the drone owner and operator to fly over an area that poses a risk to the drone only, the client assumes full responsibility for any resulting damages, except for damages to the drone. If the drone owner and operator agree to this request, they will only be responsible for any damage to the drone.
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
