LIABILITY WAIVER – FINCA KI’

I, the undersigned guest/visitor, state that I have chosen to visit and/or stay freely and voluntarily at Finca Ki’, operated by
PROJECTO ARMÓNICO LLC.

This waiver applies to the signing guest and all individuals included in the same reservation, whether as part of a group,
family, or accompanying party. The signing guest agrees to inform all members of the reservation about this waiver.

This is a property located in a natural, rural, and ecological environment in Puerto Rico. I acknowledge that the nature of
the property includes rivers, natural trails, uneven surfaces, slippery rocks, terrain with elevation changes, wildlife, and
nighttime sounds characteristic of the natural environment.

I am aware that:
1. Cellular phone, internet, or communication coverage may be limited.
2. The rural location may result in delays in communication or access to external services.
3. Moving about alone, especially at night or near rivers or wet areas, involves inherent risks.

I declare and accept that:
1. I am solely responsible for my personal safety and actions.
2. Finca Ki’ does not assume individualized supervision duties.
3. I recognize the importance of avoiding solitary movement in natural areas at night or during adverse weather.
4. I accept responsibility for planning activities considering possible communication limitations.
5. I agree not to exceed my physical limits or engage in activities for which I am unprepared.
6. I agree to disclose any medical or health condition that may affect my safety.

Food, Beverage, and Allergy Acknowledgment:
1. Food and beverages may contain common allergens.
2. It is my responsibility to inform Finca Ki’ of allergies or dietary restrictions.
3. Cross-contamination may occur and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

By signing this document, I expressly and voluntarily release PROJECTO ARMÓNICO LLC d/b/a Finca Ki’, its owners, legal representatives, administrators, employees, and collaborators from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or inconveniences arising directly or indirectly from my stay or use of the property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional acts.

I further waive any right to bring claims, lawsuits, or legal actions against Finca Ki’ related to the matters described herein.

By signing this document, I release PROJECTO ARMÓNICO LLC d/b/a Finca Ki’, its owners, employees, collaborators,
and independent service providers from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or inconveniences arising directly or
indirectly from my stay or use of the property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional acts.
I further waive any right to bring claims or legal actions against Finca Ki’ related to the matters described herein.
